Brand Ambassador/Campaign Outreach Representative
Location: Toronto

We provide all training! You and the team will be to motivated to achieve the the daily and weekly team goals in order to help our clients in implement major global transformations!
Day to day: Every day, you'll show up at our office located downtown, immerse yourself in the lively and motivating atmosphere, partake in daily training sessions to enhance your expertise and skills, and then connect with potential donors to engage in impactful conversations about significant global issues.
Key Qualifications:
-Motivated
-Outgoing
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Ability to take initiative
-Strong oral communication skills in English
—Experience in sales, direct marketing or advertising is an asset
Requirements:
-Ability to commute to downtown Toronto
-Ability to work Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM
-Full time or 3 days part-time
-Ability to communicate face-to-face

VIDEO/VIRTUAL INTERVIEWS:
Each week, our office receives applications from over 100 candidates, with only a few trained hiring managers available to conduct interviews. To streamline the process and ensure every applicant has a fair opportunity to be considered, we use a pre-recorded video interview system.
Using a pre-recorded video interview helps us ask everyone the same key questions about availability, expectations, and eligibility in a way and tone that is consistent throughout all interviews. It gives not just one hiring manager the chance to fairly review each applicant, but all our hiring team can review it as a team, including our Director. We believe providing all members of our hiring team a chance to review all applicants removes any chance of bias.
